Job Summary: Lead the separation team, supervise picking, ensure product verification, and monitor deadlines, using systems and tracking performance indicators. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the team and assign separation tasks 2. Supervise the picking process and ensure quality 3. Monitor performance and safety indicators * Lead the separation team, assign tasks, and monitor activity execution; * Supervise the picking process, ensuring correct item collection according to orders; * Ensure verification of separated products to prevent errors and rework; * Monitor order fulfillment deadlines; * Monitor proper use of data collectors and systems (WMS/ERP); * Support warehouse organization to facilitate separation; * Identify and resolve discrepancies (shortages, wrong items, incorrect addressing); * Monitor performance indicators (productivity, accuracy, separation time); * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; * Collaborate with receiving, warehousing, and shipping departments.
