Job Summary: A recruitment and selection professional to support franchisees in identifying and hiring talent for clinics, developing strategies and managing the entire process. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct interviews and manage candidate pipeline We are seeking a professional to work in recruitment and selection, supporting franchisees in identifying and hiring top talent for their clinics. Responsibilities: * Contact franchisees to understand clinic needs, defining and aligning the job profile; * Develop recruitment strategies aligned with franchisee requirements; * Create and post job advertisements; * Use ATS tools to manage candidate pipeline; * Define screening criteria based on job description and key competencies; * Apply filters (keywords, technical requirements, etc.) to optimize resume analysis; * Screen and analyze resumes, identifying candidates matching the profile; * Conduct interviews (structured and unstructured), adapting approach according to candidate profile (online/video); * Prepare reports on selection process progress and forward them to franchisees along with resumes of top-matching candidates; * Maintain clear and transparent communication with candidates throughout the entire process; * Provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates; * Create and monitor recruitment performance dashboards using Monday. Mandatory Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resources; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; * Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques; * Familiarity with recruitment and selection tools (ATS). Desirable Requirements: * Experience with recruitment software; * Experience with the Monday platform; * Active CRP registration.
