Together, we always deliver our best. **\#VemPraDasa \#DasaLovers \#VemSerDasa** **Important:** We do not charge any fees during our selection processes. **Responsibilities and duties** About the role: Ensure strategic and continuous supply of critical inputs for diagnostic operations, guaranteeing quality, regulatory compliance, cost competitiveness, and service levels—directly contributing to patient safety and business sustainability. * Develop and implement procurement category strategies in domestic and global markets. * Define and implement sourcing strategies for direct categories (reagents, laboratory supplies, hospital materials, OPME where applicable, diagnostic equipment, and associated technical contracts), applying the ZOPA approach to negotiate terms; * Guarantee continuous supply of critical inputs, mitigating stockout risks and ensuring operational continuity across units. * Lead strategic negotiations with national and global suppliers, pursuing cost efficiency without compromising quality or compliance. * Conduct structured competitive processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and contract management. * Manage relationships with strategic suppliers (e.g., equipment and reagent manufacturers), including partnership models and long-term contracts. * Collaborate with technical areas (medical, laboratory, quality, logistics) for product validation, standardization, and supplier qualification. * Monitor performance indicators (savings, service level, quality, stockouts, lead time, inventory turnover) and develop corrective action plans. * Identify cost-optimization opportunities through standardization, supplier consolidation, and scale leverage. * Support innovation initiatives (new diagnostic technologies, laboratory automation, outsourcing models). * Lead and develop the supply chain team. * Clear understanding of financial statements. **Requirements and qualifications** To transform healthcare, you need: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree or MBA (preferred). * Advanced English proficiency. * Proven experience managing spend exceeding BRL 1 billion annually and international suppliers. * Experience in complex negotiations and contract management. * Experience managing stakeholders and providing consultative support to business units. * Interaction with technical and regulatory areas. * Experience leading teams. **Additional information** São Paulo - SP By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition support: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or on-site cafeteria (depending on location); * Health support: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development support: Dasa University, Career Development Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and the Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
