Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Systems Analyst to investigate incidents, adjust detection rules, maintain the knowledge base, and support senior analysts. Key Highlights: 1. Support senior analysts in operational activities A Human Resources consulting firm is looking for a Junior Systems Analyst in São Paulo. **Responsibilities:** Analyze incidents escalated by Tier 1, conducting in-depth technical investigations to confirm threats or dismiss complex false positives. Perform basic adjustments and create exceptions for detection rules in the SIEM. Maintain the Knowledge Base (KB) updated with new attack scenarios and procedures. Handle medium-complexity technical tickets, providing evidence and guidance to customers. Support senior analysts in War Rooms by collecting logs, evidence, and performing operational actions. Accurately record time spent on support activities and projects (Timesheet). Conduct critical analysis of security alerts, proposing improvements and supporting customer presentations. Previous experience as a Junior Developer, Junior Programmer, IT Analyst, or Systems Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
