**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Manage a portfolio of contentious labor litigation cases, monitoring case progress and ensuring compliance with deadlines
* Collaborate with third-party law firms in conducting proceedings, drafting procedural documents, and filing appeals
* Attend and accompany labor hearings (in-person and telepresence)
* Provide preventive legal advisory services, advising clients and internal departments on labor-related risks and practices
* Draft legal opinions, employment contracts, addenda, and other Human Resources-related documents
* Conduct labor risk analysis and mitigation during audits and due diligence processes
* Monitor relevant legislative and jurisprudential developments in labor law
* Interact with clients and internal departments to collect information, clarify issues, and report on case status
* Manage procedural deadlines and routine tasks related to the litigation portfolio
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Law degree, with an **active and regular OAB registration**
* **3 to 5 years of experience in labor law**, with proven track record in labor litigation
* Experience managing litigation portfolios and monitoring judicial proceedings
* Experience drafting defenses, responses, appeals, and other procedural documents
* Knowledge of labor calculations, severance payments, and judgment enforcement
* Experience managing and controlling procedural deadlines
* Experience providing preventive advisory services and labor consultancy to clients or internal departments
* Solid knowledge of **Labor Law and Labor Procedure**, including routines of first and second instance
* Preferable experience in corporate legal departments or law firms handling a significant volume of cases
* Basic understanding of Social Security Law and labor compliance
