**Job Description** --------------------- We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support logistics operations, ensuring accurate control of information, documents, and administrative processes related to the logistics chain. This professional will be responsible for supporting departmental routines, contributing to operational efficiency and on-time delivery. **Requirements** -------------- • Completed high school education (technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is desirable) • Prior experience in administrative or logistics routines • Basic to intermediate Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. **Responsibilities** --------------------- • Support administrative routines within the E-commerce operations area • Monitor and track orders, deliveries, and pickups • Enter, verify, and update information in systems (orders, invoices, freight, inventory) • Organize and archive documents such as invoices, waybills, and delivery confirmations • Support monitoring of logistics KPIs (delivery lead time, carrier performance, discrepancies) • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal departments • Assist with inventory counts, verifications, and administrative stock adjustments • Prepare administrative and operational reports for the department.
