Advanced experience required in: Inventory control and equipment lifecycle management; Coordination of shipments, returns, and device availability; Working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow or similar); Operational data analysis and continuous process improvement; Liaison with suppliers, internal teams, and field teams; Monitoring quality standards, security, and operational procedures; Advanced English; Advanced Spanish.
