Headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, Experian is listed on the London Stock Exchange (EXPN) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100. **Job Description** Design, develop, implement, and support infrastructure automation and DevOps solutions across on-premise and public cloud environments by applying Infrastructure as Code, automation frameworks, security standards, and operational best practices, while collaborating within agile delivery teams and adhering to change and ITIL processes, in order to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, security, and operational efficiency while ensuring high availability of production systems. * Assist with basic Linux/Windows Server administration tasks. * Contribute to simple automation activities using Ansible and Terraform. * Create or update small scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python. * Monitor and support CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins). * Help manage basic resources in AWS, Azure, or GCP. * Work with Docker containers and perform initial troubleshooting. * Monitor systems and report incidents. * Use Git for version control of small tasks. * Participate in Agile routines and operational processes * Contribution to operational efficiency through automation and standardization * Reduction of infrastructure-related incidents and manual effort * Support of cost-effective infrastructure provisioning and operations * Availability and stability of global production servers and services * Number of infrastructure automation solutions and tools supported * Participation in on-call rotations supporting 24/7 operations **Qualifications** * **Advanced English and availability to work hybrid in São Carlos/SP.** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience * Relevant DevOps, automation, or cloud certifications (preferred) **Additional Information** **Why this role matters** This role protects Experian’s reputation and ensures ethical, compliant operations across Brazil.
