We are looking for an organized, communicative person with a strong desire to learn, who enjoys dynamic environments and wishes to grow alongside our HR team. **> Responsibilities:** * Support the organization of the onboarding process for new employees. * Send calendar invitations, manage schedules, and update information in systems. * Develop internal communication materials, presentations, and announcements. * Support internal culture and engagement initiatives. * Align candidate profiles with leadership teams. * Screen resumes according to defined criteria. * Conduct initial interviews. * Contact candidates and schedule interviews. * Update vacancy management controls and materials. * Organize departmental payments and support administrative ticket creation. * Assist in managing departmental suppliers and contracts. **> Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in HR Management, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint or Google Slides. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. **> Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior exposure to HR activities. * Interest in organizational culture and employee experience. * Basic Spanish or currently learning Spanish. **> Benefits Package:** * Internship stipend: R$1\.950,00\. * Meal allowance: R$ 495,00\. * Remote work allowance: R$120,00\. * Life insurance. **> Important Information:** * Work model: Hybrid. * Location: São Paulo – SP. **> Why join us?** We are a growing company offering real opportunities for learning, professional development, and career advancement.
