*NO HOUSING PROVIDED* Position available for RIGGER in PERUS. - Salary: R$ 3,111.00 - Schedule: Monday to Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday until 4 p.m. (with availability for overtime) - Benefits: - Meals provided on-site - Transportation allowance - Meal allowance: R$ 158.31/month - Life insurance (R$ 3.00 deducted) - Overtime pay: 70% for Monday to Saturday; 100% for Sundays and holidays - GYMPASS (access to gyms and wellness services) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * ❖ Assign tasks to team members according to instructions from the supervisor and the pre-established schedule; ❖ Monitor all operational activities throughout the team’s work execution; ❖ Guide and supervise team members’ daily tasks; ❖ Participate in all production activity stages; ❖ Collaborate with the supervisor in developing actions for continuous improvement of production outcomes; ❖ Hold the team accountable for operational responsibilities; ❖ Request materials as needed for on-site production; ❖ Prepare, fabricate, cut, assemble, and install iron and steel components and/or reinforcement placement for structures; ❖ Repair iron and steel components and/or reinforcement placement for structures—slabs, beams, and columns—according to project specifications; ❖ Handle all reinforcement used during construction, performing tasks per instructions from the Reinforcement Team Leader or Site Supervisor; ❖ Manage the entire reinforcement area, preparing the site for concrete pouring; ❖ Apply steel reinforcement techniques for reinforced concrete, prestressed, and composite structures; Care for, clean, and store all tools used in operations.
