Description: The Membership Coordinator is responsible for leading the strategic and tactical management of the Caldeira Institute’s membership portfolios. This role involves tracking goals, developing sponsorship opportunities, and strengthening key stakeholder relationships—ensuring a valuable experience for members and sustainable growth of the community. Responsibilities and Duties * Supervise portfolio executives, ensuring close monitoring and support to achieve targets. * Establish portfolio review rituals to monitor member progress. * Analyze performance indicators and suggest continuous improvements. * Implement strategies to optimize member retention and engagement. * Define and monitor team and portfolio KPIs. * Ensure portfolio executives have clear understanding of their objectives and deliverables. * Develop action plans to optimize performance and overcome identified challenges. * Conduct recurring feedback sessions and promote ongoing team capacity building. * Build and maintain strategic connections with ecosystem stakeholders. * Represent the Caldeira Institute in high-impact meetings, events, and negotiations. * Serve as the liaison between Caldeira and key decision-makers at partner companies. * Anticipate needs and opportunities to strengthen stakeholder–Institute relationships. * Identify new sponsorship opportunities within the existing membership base and the broader market. * Structure value propositions for potential sponsors. * Collaborate with the commercial team to expand revenue and strategic partnerships. * Design and implement sustainable monetization strategies for the Caldeira Institute.
