Job Summary: The Logistics Operator will be responsible for executing and monitoring e-commerce logistics routines, from order approval through to shipment, using VTEX and Procfit systems. Support in inventory management and quality control The Logistics Operator will be responsible for executing and monitoring logistics routines related to sales conducted via e\-commerce channels, ensuring proper order flow from approval to shipment. The role involves working with the VTEX (e\-commerce platform) and Procfit (ERP) systems, performing integrations, order verifications, and status updates, as well as supporting inventory management and quality control of logistics operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor and process sales orders via VTEX; * Perform order integrations and status updates in the Procfit system; * Pick, verify, and pack orders for shipment, ensuring compliance and quality; * Issue invoices, shipping labels, and other logistics documents; * Monitor real-time order flow, identifying operational failures or bottlenecks; * Manage and track inventory movements in the ERP (receipts, shipments, returns, and inventory counts); * Support return, exchange, and post\-sales logistics processes; * Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, and logistics carriers to ensure on-time delivery; * Maintain warehouse and shipping area organization, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards; * Suggest improvements to e\-commerce logistics processes.
