We are seeking a professional to work in the Procurement and Foreign Trade area of the Implementation PMO, responsible for managing contracts with international suppliers and international logistics processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance of procurement and foreign trade operations, as well as adherence to national and international regulations. The role will serve as a strategic liaison between internal departments and external partners, promoting innovation, continuous improvement, and alignment with corporate objectives. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Foreign Trade * Support management of contracts with international suppliers, monitoring compliance and performance; * Support negotiation of international freight (air, sea, road) and related services, such as transportation insurance and customs brokers; * Monitor import processes, including analysis and validation of documentation (Invoice, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading), licensing, and customs clearance; * Monitor and resolve logistical and customs-related issues to minimize risks and costs; * Coordinate with Project Managers on physical-financial disbursement schedules for contracts with international suppliers and supervise payment entries via the OSGT system; * Supervise advance payments to customs brokers via the OSGT system and oversee the final accountability process; * Serve as the focal point for the Import System (OSGT), conducting training and participating in improvement initiatives; 2\. Data Control and Analysis * Propose improvements to import processes; 3\. Negotiation and Risk Management * Propose risk mitigation strategies for negotiations and foreign trade operations; * Stay updated on changes in tax and customs legislation to ensure compliance; 4\. Stakeholder Engagement * Maintain continuous alignment among suppliers, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams; * Ensure clear and efficient communication with strategic departments—such as Finance, Legal, and Operations—to facilitate commercial transactions; **Requirements and Qualifications** Knowledge of Foreign Trade, including: * Import and export processes (Incoterms, international logistics, maritime/air freight); * Brazilian customs legislation (Special Regimes, Drawback, Radar, SISCOSERV); * Fiscal classification of goods (NCM/HS Code); * International contract management; * Licensing and customs clearance procedures; Essential Knowledge: * Advanced Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Google Apps tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail); * Advanced English: reading, writing, and speaking for international negotiation and management; * Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP and OSGT preferred, or similar); * Knowledge of foreign trade systems (Siscomex); Desirable Knowledge: * Power generation projects; * Project management; * Data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau, preferred); **Additional Information** Benefits for You * Competitive benefits package; * Learning and development opportunities.
