**Job Mission** Lead the implementation process of Netpark garages, ensuring technical excellence in execution, on-time delivery, and a premium delivery standard that reflects the brand identity in every detail of the space. **Key Responsibilities** ✅ * Plan and execute the full implementation of partner garages * Develop and manage implementation schedules * Coordinate the installation of implementation islands, cameras, and vertical and horizontal signage * Supervise other installations and physical adaptations within garages * Ensure the Netpark premium visual identity is correctly applied across all spaces * Collaborate with the Marketing team to align positioning and aesthetics * Manage the implementation project for Legacy garages * Coordinate and guide the Architect reporting to this position * Report progress and risks to the Executive Board **Expected Competencies** Technical: * Construction and project management * Schedule development * Signage and installations * Blueprint reading * Budget control * Active CREA registration Behavioral: * Organization and planning * Execution focus * Attention to detail * Aesthetic vision * Leadership * Interface management Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree Willingness to travel
