Maintain an organized reception area and offer water and coffee to clients. ? **Position: Receptionist – Jardim do Mar \| SBC** We currently have an opening for a **Receptionist** at our **Jardim do Mar – São Bernardo do Campo** branch, seeking an organized, communicative, responsible, and proactive candidate to handle reception duties and administrative support. ? **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Provide in-person, telephone, and Bitrix support to Sales and Leasing clients ✔ Identify client needs and direct them to the appropriate department ✔ Record information in control spreadsheets ✔ Organize, register, and distribute documents and correspondence ✔ Update property, client, and supplier data ✔ Assist with administrative routines and provide supervision support as needed ✔ Monthly tracking of calls, on-call shifts, and reporting ✔ Maintain an organized reception area and offer water and coffee to clients ? **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Experience in customer service (in-person and telephone) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ✨ **Behavioral Competencies:** Clear communication, empathy, discretion, responsibility, proactivity, focus, teamwork, effective time management, and conflict resolution skills.
