All recruitment processes conducted by **RIBEIRA** are **affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory**. **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform **tax document bookkeeping**, ensuring compliance with current legislation; Link and verify **tax withholdings** on services received (ISS, INSS, IR, CSLL, PIS, and COFINS); Verify **EFD-Reinf** data and correctly allocate withheld taxes in the system; Manage **contractual advances and withholdings**, ensuring control and traceability; Prepare **service receipt declarations** and generate ISS payment slips; Verify and validate taxes applicable to **services rendered** (RET, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL); Analyze and validate taxes applicable to **contracts registered in the system**; Verify **contractors’ tax documentation**, ensuring legal compliance; Provide support for **internal and external requests** related to tax routines; Update the **supplier registry**, considering adjustments required by the **tax reform**; Participate in **system parameterization**, verifying cost centers and financial plans; Support the **updating of tax legislation**, focusing on changes resulting from the tax reform and their impact on departmental routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Currently pursuing or completed** degree in **Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management**, or **Accounting Technician**; **Mandatory experience** in the **civil construction and real estate development** sector; Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; **Intermediate-level Excel skills**; Experience in **tax routines**, tax calculation, and verification. **Preferred:** Experience with **SIENGE** and/or **ZEPP** systems. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * **Meal or Food Allowance** of **R$ 35.00 per day**, for greater convenience in your daily life; * **Health and Dental Plans**, ensuring care for you and your well-being; * **TotalPass**, providing access to gyms and physical activities, encouraging a healthier lifestyle; * **Benefits Club**, offering exclusive discounts and advantages with various partners; * **Extended Maternity Leave**, reinforcing our commitment to care and family.
