Building strategic partnerships and managing real estate assets Ribeira Empreendimentos is the real estate arm of Grupo Simpar, one of Brazil’s largest business conglomerates, owning leading brands such as JSL, Movida, CS Infra, Banco BBC, Vamos, Automob, among others. Founded in 2005, the company was created to manage the holding’s asset portfolio. Today, Ribeira embodies the stability, innovation, and governance that characterize all companies within the Simões family, and is experiencing a special moment: we are fully engaged in a phase of growth and expansion. Therefore, we seek professionals who wish to help build this story with us and grow alongside the company. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect new businesses. Identify, evaluate, and negotiate the acquisition of high-potential land parcels, considering economic, technical, and legal feasibility; * Analyze feasibility by conducting studies on Gross Development Value (VGV), cash flow, construction potential, and return on investment. * Negotiate and lead discussions with landowners, partners, and prospective investors, always aiming for advantageous and sustainable terms; * Expand geographically by opening new operational areas in the interior of São Paulo state (within a 100 km radius of the capital); * Develop and coordinate projects, planning product conception with a focus on commercial viability and innovation (e.g., a commercial project in Piracicaba); * Build strategic partnerships for joint-venture developments in target cities (RJ, POA/SP, Jacareí, Piracicaba). * Align interests among investors, technical, legal, and commercial departments; * Develop market indicators, demand studies, and sectoral trend analyses to support decision-making; * Manage the holding’s asset portfolio, identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and brand strengthening; * Present projects and proposals to the board of directors, shareholders, and investors while managing the group’s real estate assets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Architecture and Urban Planning, Economics, or related fields. * In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the development and incorporation segments. **Additional Information** Employment Type: Permanent (CLT) | Independent Contractor (PJ) Salary: To be determined (we are aligning with candidate’s salary expectations) Benefits: * Medical and Dental Insurance * Meal Allowance: BRL 35.00 per day * Parking * Corporate University Work Location: Itaim Bibi – SP Work Model: 100% On-site Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:48.
