




**Main responsibilities:** * Support routine store operations (opening, closing, cash handling, inventory). * Coordinate the sales team, providing guidance and assigning tasks. * Monitor sales targets and propose actions to improve performance. * Ensure excellent customer service and resolve potential conflicts. * Monitor product display, pricing, and expiration dates. * Assist in verifying received goods and managing inventory. * Support internal training and onboarding of new employees. * Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and visual standards. * Substitute sales staff during their absences, when necessary. **Store Operations:** Open and close the store, manage the cash register, and ensure compliance with company policies. **Product Management:** Supervise receiving, verification, organization, restocking, and inventory control, including periodic stocktaking. **Customer Service:** Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolving issues and answering questions. Requirements: * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus). * Retail experience and team leadership experience. * Strong communication skills, proactivity, and sense of responsibility. **People Management:** Lead, train, motivate, and schedule the sales team and other staff members. **Store Operations:** Open and close the store, manage the cash register, and ensure compliance with company policies. **Product Management:** Supervise receiving, verification, organization, restocking, and inventory control, including periodic stocktaking. **Customer Service:** Ensure customers receive excellent service, resolving issues and answering questions. **Targets and Results:** Monitor sales, analyze performance metrics, and report results to management to achieve business objectives. **Organization and Cleanliness:** Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment for customers.
