Description: Kopenhagen, a Brazilian chocolate brand, has expanded across Brazil with physical stores and a franchise network. In partnership with Search Recursos Humanos, we are seeking a Store Leader. * Support the Store Manager in coordinating all store operational activities * Cash management/closing and auditing * Inventory control/ensuring FIFO implementation in stock * Receiving goods/verifying deliveries * Safeguarding the store’s physical assets (computers, furniture, equipment, etc.) * Personnel administration (average of 8 employees per store) * Attendance record control * Team training/development * Ensuring compliance with the Kopenhagen Excellence Program * Excellence in customer service * Compliance with the highest requirements of Sanitary Surveillance: * Pricing, product shelf-life management, store cleaning * Ensuring full implementation of the product display planogram * Ensuring availability of the full product portfolio in-store * Purchasing routine store items (receipt rolls, cleaning supplies, ice cream, mineral water, sugar, etc.) * Scheduling preventive/corrective maintenance services for store assets—air conditioning, dishwashers, computers, refrigerated counters, etc. * Supporting/assisting in generating store purchase orders * Management of digital channels—E-commerce, iFood, Rappi, WhatsApp Desired Requirements: * Experience in sales and customer service * Knowledge of cash handling operations (opening, closing, auditing) * Inventory management—inventory control, FIFO, loss control, etc. * Personnel management—scheduling, attendance tracking, training, team motivation, etc. * Strong leadership skills * Basic knowledge of OFFICE and Windows * Knowledge of sanitary legislation * Discipline in task execution—proactivity, deadline adherence, engagement, etc. * Teamwork and team development * Familiarity with digital tools (iFood, Rappi, E-commerce, WhatsApp) Work Location: Shopping center in the Av.
