




**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured — CLT labor code Responsible for coordinating the team in activities related to risk identification, measurement, assessment, control testing, compliance, support, and mitigation (operational/financial risks) within the cooperative under their responsibility, using pre-established methodologies and verification schedules, ensuring appropriate management of acceptable limits and adherence to established processes/norms and current legislation, reporting reliable and timely information, in accordance with the guidelines of the Sicoob systemic entity and the cooperative’s sustainability goals. **Requirements:** **Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization** in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Auditing, Compliance, or related fields; **Essential Technical Knowledge:** Experience in internal controls and risk management; knowledge of key CMN and BCB regulations related to risk and controls (Resolutions 4557, 4968, 5051, etc.; Normative Instructions 487, 490, etc.); AML/CFT procedures; knowledge of risk management (operational, credit, market, liquidity, and capital), process and risk mapping, and Control Self-Assessment (CSA); **Desirable Technical Knowledge:** Understanding of credit cooperatives, project management and/or negotiation, and auditing techniques; **Preferred Certifications:** In Risk Management or Internal Controls. **Benefits:** Health insurance, dental insurance, childcare allowance, education allowance, internal benefits, details provided during interview, profit-sharing, private pension plan, life insurance, meal allowance, food voucher
