With a family-oriented culture, it strives to ensure that its employees feel welcomed and satisfied, fostering an environment of professional growth and recognition. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Activities** * Record and verify electronic timekeeping data using Zeus system; * Manage hour bank, late arrivals, absences, and overtime hours; * Support managers and employees regarding timekeeping-related questions; * Organize and archive departmental documents; * Generate attendance reports; * Assist with monthly timekeeping closing for payroll processing; * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and labor legislation. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, HR, or related fields currently underway are desirable); Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Prior experience in this field is an advantage. **Additional Information** Benefits: Meal Allowance: R$25/day iFood Club Card with 5 discount coupons every month Transportation Allowance Basic Food Basket (food \+ hygiene) Health Insurance with no copayment Wellhub/Gympass for your health and well-being StarBem and Avus — free monthly psychological, nutritional, and general clinical support!
