Collaborating cross-functionally with multiple departments **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are seeking a **Channel Coordinator** to structure, organize, and scale Carbigdata’s partnership strategy. This role will play a central role in building the Channels area, responsible for designing processes, defining governance, structuring partner programs, and ensuring revenue predictability through the indirect ecosystem. The main challenge will be transforming the partnership function into a consistent growth engine—with clarity on model, goals, rituals, metrics, and internal alignment. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Structure and formalize the channel strategy, defining operating model, partner segmentation, and growth targets. * Design and implement the partner program, including tiering, commercial rules, incentives, policies, contracts, and governance. * Recruit, negotiate with, activate, and develop strategic partners, ensuring alignment with the company’s positioning. * Create partner-specific growth plans, with clear targets for pipeline, conversion, and revenue. * Establish and monitor channel KPIs, including forecast, pipeline, average deal size, ramp-up time, and productivity. * Ensure process standardization, proper CRM usage, documentation, and contractual governance of the channel. * Develop playbooks, rituals, training sessions, and enablement materials for partners. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance teams to ensure strategic and executional alignment. * Conduct performance analyses and propose structural adjustments to improve efficiency and predictability. * Report results and progress of the area, ensuring strategic visibility for leadership. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Minimum 6–10 years of experience in channels, partnerships, or B2B business development—preferably in technology or SaaS. * Proven experience in structuring or evolving a channels function—including defining operating models, partner segmentation, and targets. * Experience creating and implementing partner programs (tiering, commercial rules, incentives, policies, and governance). * Demonstrated track record of generating predictable pipeline and revenue via the indirect channel. * Experience recruiting, activating, ramping up, and developing strategic partners. * Analytical capability to build and monitor KPIs (pipeline, forecast, revenue per partner, indirect CAC, ramp time). * Experience with CRM systems—and ideally PRM tools. * Experience working in high-growth environments (startup or scale-up). * Executive communication skills and ability to influence across departments. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience at a scale-up building a channels function from scratch or in its early stages. * Knowledge of PRM (Partner Relationship Management). * Experience with co-selling and ecosystem strategies. * Experience managing channel budgets and co-marketing campaigns. * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency. **OUR BENEFITS** * Meal Voucher / Food Allowance * Health Insurance (Sulamerica) * Dental Insurance * Mobility Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Life Insurance * Childcare Assistance * **Quarterly Bonus**: percentage of salary tied to goal achievement—uncapped.
