Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for planning and managing maintenance schedules, sizing teams, monitoring performance, and optimizing service logistics.

**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for clients under contract, performing alignments and negotiations when necessary;
* Analyze demand and size teams for predictive and corrective maintenance;
* Define and administer on-call shifts for regional technicians;
* Plan client integrations and ensure correct submission of required documentation;
* Participate in client meetings to align and negotiate service schedules;
* Monitor shift and performance indicators, developing action plans when necessary;
* Evaluate service demands and propose targeted or structural adjustments to team shifts and schedules;
* Analyze service logistics to optimize resources and reduce costs without compromising service levels;
* Create and manage Service Orders in the system;
* Plan and oversee training for field technicians.
**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Maintenance Management Technology, or related fields;
* Experience in similar positions, preferably in maintenance planning;
* Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
* Experience in preparing and analyzing managerial reports;
Good communication skills and ability to interact with and negotiate with clients.
