Job Summary: Kumon is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support operations related to receiving, warehousing, replenishment, and shipping, ensuring efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. The Kumon Supply Center is responsible for logistics, ensuring efficient distribution and supply processes for Kumon’s educational materials and products from the Kumon Educational Shopping platform, guaranteeing quality, agility, and standardization in service delivery. We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to support these operations by organizing activities related to receiving, warehousing, replenishment, shipping, and inventory of materials, serving franchises, branches, and headquarters—ensuring all procedures are implemented appropriately and efficiently. Learn more about us: https://www.kumon.com.br/sobre\-nos/aspiracoes/ **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide support to units and colleagues via email, clarifying questions regarding order deliveries; * Support the Logistics Planning team in administrative and operational routines; * Monitor deliveries with transport companies, tracking deadlines and incidents; * Verify transportation invoices, validating amounts, deadlines, and contracted services; * Forward transportation invoices for payment, as well as payments related to purchases of educational materials, through workflow; Support the organization of controls, reports, and indicators for the logistics area. * **Requirements and Qualifications** To further increase the value of the Kumon Method and thereby reach the greatest number of children possible, we seek professionals with the following characteristics: * Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree (in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields); (A completed bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with intermediate Excel skills (full proficiency in VLOOKUP and SUMIF); * Basic knowledge of logistics operations, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processes; * Strong verbal and written communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; * Agility, proactivity, resilience, organization, and dedication to daily tasks and deliverables; * Familiarity with online tools and integrated systems; * Availability for on-site work at the Anhanguera Logistics Center in São Paulo; * Alignment with the field of education, and with the company’s method and philosophy; **Additional Information** At Kumon, we value every effort made to build an environment and culture where all employees can enjoy peace of mind; therefore, we offer benefits aimed at employee well-being and development, as well as that of their families.
