We are seeking a Technical Buyer to procure materials, supplies, and services required for the installation and operation of generator sets, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, competitive costs, and technical compliance. Responsibilities and duties: * Plan and execute procurement of materials and services for generator installation. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and procurement of supplies and equipment. * Manage purchase orders, delivery schedules, and material availability according to project timelines. * Negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal commercial and logistical terms. * Collaborate with engineering and application teams to ensure technical compliance. * Control procurement costs, budgeting, and freight contracting. * Evaluate and qualify suppliers, ensuring quality and contractual compliance. Requirements and qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. Experience: Experience in procurement of materials and services for construction projects, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sector. Required knowledge: Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, especially for critical and non-critical materials. Experience in supplier negotiation, contract management, and inventory control. Advantages: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields will be considered an advantage. Why work at Energ?
