Works in the Mega system and management spreadsheets, keeping data up to date The Backoffice Assistant is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the company's internal processes, ensuring that registrations, orders, inventory, billing, and controls are executed accurately. Works directly in the Mega system and various management spreadsheets, ensuring information remains up to date and that dependent departments receive efficient support. * Register customers, products, licenses, and other items in the Mega system. * Perform registration updates whenever necessary. * Verify Internal Movement (M.I.) dispatches to ensure data consistency. * Adjust inventory in Mega according to internal movements. * Request purchases of materials, equipment, or items required for operations. * Review and approve billing in accordance with internal rules and customer requirements. * Create sales orders, material orders, and loan orders in the system. * Contribute to the correct flow between order, billing, and delivery. * Populate management spreadsheets, ensuring activity control, status tracking, and indicator monitoring. * Maintain the active sites spreadsheet up to date, recording changes and new activations. * Approve new stores for installation after required verifications. * Create DTI/Inside players as needed. * Cancel DTI/Inside licenses upon request.
