Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue amounts, managing authority levels, defining discount rules and limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with organizational guidelines. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **Your Day-to-Day** As an Assistant Analyst, you will work within the Third-Party Governance team, performing the following key activities: * Monitor operational routines carried out by third parties; * Ensure tasks are executed within agreed deadlines and SLAs; * Monitor performance indicators, productivity, and quality; * Record, track, and follow up on interactions with suppliers; * Conduct operational analyses and report deviations, risks, and opportunities. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree; * Basic understanding of operational controls; * Fundamental knowledge of tools such as Excel/Sheets (tables, filters, simple analyses).
