PCP Entry and Exit Management: Accurately control the entry and exit of products and materials in the Production Planning and Control (PCP) department. 2\. Data Verification: Verify patient name, physician name, formula components, dosage instructions, quantity, internal or external use, expiration date, and correct prescription completion prior to submission to the laboratory. 3\. Numbering Verification: Confirm correspondence among the weighing sheet, prescription, and label to ensure no discrepancies exist. 4\. Temperature and Humidity Control: Monitor and record environmental conditions (temperature and humidity) within the sector to ensure product stability. 5\. Final Formulation Verification: After pharmacist approval, review all formulations and package products securely to ensure integrity during transportation. 6\. Inventory Control: Manage inventory of labels, sachets, styrofoam, ice, adhesive labels, and bags, and submit restocking requests to the administrative department. 7\. Saturday Quality Control: Perform quality control tests, such as average weight verification and other finished product parameters. 8\. Labeling and Instructions: Apply instructional labels to all formulations to ensure correct identification and usage guidance. High school diploma required; technical pharmacy training preferred.
