Actively participate in product development processes Adeste, a market leader in food, health, and animal nutrition, is looking for a **Junior Research and Development Analyst** to join our team! **What We Expect From You?** We seek professionals with drive and an owner's mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What Will Be Your Responsibilities and Challenges?** * Develop new products and seek improvements to existing products in the area of ingredients and food, considering the development of new raw materials, suppliers, formulations, production processes, applications, regulatory knowledge, and quality parameters of developed products, using available project management tools; * Create, update, and manage information on products under development and already commercialized through the operation of ERP and Formulation tools, aiming to keep such information accurate, reliable, and up-to-date; * Control, store, and update regulatory information related to products under development and those already commercialized by preparing documents (technical specifications, nutritional statements, reports), aiming to maintain regulatory integrity and consistency; * Report the regulatory status of new products during development and registration processes through reports, statements, and opinions, aiming to prevent non-conformities; * Actively participate in new product development processes by conducting tests, studies, prototypes, and reports, aiming to generate knowledge and results; * Establish interfaces with customers through reports, technical specifications, emails, and phone calls, aiming to support regulatory and informational processes related to new products under development and those already commercialized; * Provide technical and regulatory support to internal customers through reports, opinions, and emails, aiming to support internal production, quality control, quality assurance, and development processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect for This Position:** * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Knowledge of Meat Products Technology, Dairy Products Technology, and Ingredients; **Additional Information** **Where Will You Work?** We have eight locations, but this position is corporate-based and will be located at our **Santo André** site.
