The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and strengthening customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and achievement of commercial goals, acting as a strategic link between the customer and the company. Use the MOSKIT CRM to access customer records and supplement them with relevant information, such as phone numbers and contact details, consulting Econodata when necessary. Conduct in-person visits to customers registered within the operational region and prospect new customers, using the company vehicle for transportation. Participate in meetings scheduled by the SDR, understand customer needs, and present MG Contécnica’s solutions in a personalized manner. Record daily activities in the MOSKIT CRM, keeping the history updated and tracking customer status in the sales funnel. Schedule technical meetings involving MG specialists and customers, complete required forms, and detail meeting objectives. After technical meetings, document discussed strategies, request commercial proposals, and track customer progress through the sales funnel. Present MG and commercial proposals to customers, negotiate terms, and formalize digital contracts, overseeing the process until signing. Forward requests for contract renegotiation or adjustments to MG Contécnica and monitor them to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and business viability. Focus on achieving monthly targets, aligning prospecting and retention strategies with company-established objectives.
