Structure and implement HR processes. Manage recruitment and selection. Support Personnel Department routines (hiring, termination, payroll), interfacing with accounting. Administer benefits. Support SESMT-related requirements. Serve as the main contact point with accounting and HR vendors. Organize and improve internal people and process workflows. Previous experience as HR Manager, HR Supervisor, Senior HR Analyst, or Organizational Development Coordinator may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
