### **Senior Bilingual Network Analyst – São Paulo/SP** We are seeking a Senior Bilingual Network Analyst to work in Faria Lima, responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting large-scale corporate networks, as well as serving as Scrum Master for the infrastructure team. **Your responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, MAN, and SD-WAN networks * Troubleshoot issues, manage incidents, and support the network environment * Configure and administer Cisco, Fortinet, Netskope, and Aruba equipment * Act as Scrum Master in an agile team, facilitating ceremonies and removing impediments * Monitor the environment using tools such as Zabbix and SolarWinds * Manage tickets via ServiceNow * Support videoconferencing solutions, IP telephony, and MS Teams **What we expect:** * Corporate networks: WAN, LAN, MAN, and SD-WAN (senior level) * Routing & Switching: EIGRP, BGP, VPN, QoS (senior level) * Firewalls: Fortinet and Check Point (senior level) * Wireless: WLAN, NetFlow, TACACS (senior level) * Voice over IP: SIP, VoIP, and codecs (advanced level) * Scrum Master with proven experience in agile teams * ServiceNow for ticket management (intermediate/advanced) * Advanced English (C1) **Employment Type: CLT + Benefits:** * Hybrid work model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote) * Medical and dental plans * Life insurance * Meal allowance / food voucher * Discount club * Access to Wellhub (gyms) and Mente Tranquila * Discounts on Positivo products * University partnership * And much more Apply now and join a team that values technology and excellence in execution.
