




Job Summary: Boteco da Vera is seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our team, preparing artisanal hamburgers, griddle-cooked dishes, and specialty sandwiches with speed and consistent quality. Location: São Paulo – SP Schedule: Monday to Saturday **11:00 AM to 11:00 PM** Boteco da Vera is expanding and seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our team. We offer a diverse menu including artisanal hamburgers, specialty sandwiches (beirutes, milanesa, chorizo on the griddle), cuts such as ancho and chorizo, as well as classic house preparations. Responsibilities * Prepare artisanal hamburgers (house blend), griddle-cooked dishes, and specialty sandwiches. * Maintain assembly standards, meat doneness, and presentation per internal manual. * Organize and stock the griddle station before, during, and after service. * Follow good handling, hygiene, and waste control practices. * Collaborate synchronously with hot kitchen, cold station, and front-of-house to ensure fast and harmonious workflow. * Ensure efficiency during peak hours without compromising quality. Requirements * Proven experience as a grill cook (minimum 1 year). * Mastery of meat doneness levels, hamburger assembly, searing, and finishing. * Speed, organization, and focus on consistency. * Teamwork is essential—we seek someone who aligns with our establishment’s goals, embraces our culture, and consistently strives for excellence. * Commitment, punctuality, and respect for established routines.
