Support the monitoring, analysis, and reporting of the Directorate’s physical and financial performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure compliance with Project Management Governance through active involvement in the governance and project management processes under your responsibility; * Contribute to implementing Project Management Governance by disseminating and training stakeholders on the process(es) under your responsibility—as well as associated tools and reports—across diverse audiences; * Support organizational leadership by monitoring and controlling the process(es) under your responsibility, providing visibility and reporting KPIs to ensure transparency, clarity, and decision-making security; * Contribute to strategic alignment among the leadership teams of the project(s) you support, by leading the process(es) under your responsibility; * Support the development of the PMO team and stakeholders involved in the process(es) under your responsibility—by delivering refresher trainings and serving as the focal point for the respective process(es); * Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes by monitoring their performance and engaging with internal “customers.” **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Technology, or related fields. * **Mandatory:** * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of project planning; * Knowledge of Risk Management. **Desirable:**  * Intermediate English; * SAP knowledge; * Familiarity with Front-End Loading (FEL) methodology in project development; * Familiarity with Agile methodology in project development; * Knowledge of Risk Management. **Additional Information** **Benefits we offer:** **Medical Assistance (SulAmérica)** – Take care of your health with one of the market’s top-tier plans, guaranteeing quality and security for you. **Meal Allowance** – R$ 1\.154,00 per month for your meals. **Transportation Allowance** – Simplified mobility for your daily commute. **Profit Sharing (PLR)** – We recognize your performance with variable compensation aligned with company results. **Wellhub Partnership** – Access to gyms, studios, and wellness apps to support your physical and mental health.
