




Job Summary: Finance professional to support cash flow management, budgeting, data collection, reporting, and economic feasibility analysis of projects, assisting in process analysis and improvement. Support in Financial/Economic Feasibility Analysis of Projects Description: * PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Finance area (knowledge of project economic feasibility is a plus). * EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics is preferred. * CERTIFICATIONS: Completion of professional development courses related to the field of work is preferred (a plus). * SYSTEMS: Familiarity with SENIOR MEGA system is preferred (a plus), Advanced Excel is mandatory, Power BI is preferred (a plus). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Cash Flow and Budgeting Support: * Assist in preparing and consolidating cash flow monitoring for real estate development projects. * Support the review and maintenance of budgets (forecast vs. actual) in company systems/spreadsheets. * Monitor budgeted vs. executed performance (financial and physical) together with the construction controller, compiling information for managerial analysis. * Monitor real estate development payments in the ERP system (Cost Class/Cost Center/Project) and report any deviations. 2\. Data Collection and Report Preparation: * Collect and update monthly the database with results from real estate development projects. * Prepare information for monthly closing, supporting dissemination and preliminary analysis of project results. * Gather data and consolidate management and economic-financial reports to meet the needs of various departments within the company, under supervision. * Support the preparation of presentations containing financial and performance indicators for projects. 3\. Financial Processes and Routines: * Submit debit note requests to the responsible department as instructed. * Monitor construction financing contracts with the finance department. * Support the team in implementing new reports and identifying opportunities to improve financial control processes. * Provide daily operational support and answer questions for other team members and the real estate development department. 4\. Project Financial/Economic Feasibility: * Update assumptions in feasibility studies according to requirements from the real estate development departments. * Submit all adjustments for validation by the responsible manager and controller, ensuring data consistency. * Support scenario analysis studies by compiling data, comparing indicators (NPV, IRR, Margin), and assisting in preparing presentations with results. * Assist in identifying improvement opportunities by gathering relevant information and data to serve as a basis for optimizing project efficiency. 2511280202191891441
