Job Summary: The professional will act as a financial Business Partner, supporting management with analyses and strategic recommendations for the financial sustainability of operations. Developing economic and financial feasibility studies. Description: To transform healthcare, the following is required: * Completed bachelor's degree in related fields; * Prior experience in FP\&A; * Experience in strategic planning, budget preparation, and cash flow management; * Solid knowledge of cost centers, balance sheets, and income statement analysis; * Knowledge of financial feasibility; * Experience as a Business Partner in Finance is desirable; * Experience in the healthcare sector is considered a plus!; * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF). About the Position: * Act as a financial Business Partner, supporting management with analyses and strategic recommendations; * Monitor the unit’s financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement; * Lead the monthly closing process, including preparing managerial presentations and providing direct support to the unit director; * Develop economic and financial feasibility studies for new hospital projects and initiatives; * Analyze key profitability drivers to support decision-making and ensure operational financial sustainability. 2511290202181718378
