Human Resources Apprentice

Description

We are looking for an apprentice interested in the Human Resources field, with an organized, proactive, and committed profile to support us in training, onboarding, and marketing initiatives. ### **Main responsibilities** * Support the marketing team in administrative and operational routines of the department; * Assist in creating and organizing content for social media, campaigns, and institutional materials; * Support monitoring of posting calendars and promotional activities; * Update spreadsheets, reports, and internal controls; * Assist in customer and partner service and relationship management via digital channels; * Support the organization of events, campaigns, and promotional activities; * Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitor analysis; * Contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand communication; * Assist in tracking basic social media and digital campaign metrics. ### **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of computer skills and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organization, proactivity, and willingness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team. ### **Preferred qualification** * Basic knowledge of Canva. ### **Desired competencies:** * Creativity; * Commitment; * Responsibility; * Agility; * Interest in digital trends and communication. ### **Work schedule** * 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Monday to Friday. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
