Recognized as a Top Employer, Egis values talent development and offers a collaborative, inclusive environment full of growth opportunities. **Job Description** We are seeking a Technical Coordinator whose main responsibilities will be: * Technical coordination of road infrastructure projects, from initial concept through alternative studies, Functional Design, Preliminary Design, and Detailed Design. Key responsibilities include: * Monitoring project deadlines and schedules, implementing actions to ensure their fulfillment. * Ensuring compliance with quality procedures and application of quality and BIM workflows in production. • Keeping up-to-date with technical regulations and guidelines relevant to the field of work.• Practicing value engineering, seeking best practices and solutions jointly with the production and budgeting teams. * Promoting effective communication among design, production, management, and other departments, aligning expectations and deliverables. * Organizing alignment and project progress meetings. * Establishing a relationship of credibility and empathy with clients, meeting their expectations according to the contractual scope. * Integrating and coordinating projects across different disciplines, ensuring optimization and coherence in technical decisions. * Monitoring production with support from the Project Department’s dashboards. * Providing technical guidance and supervision to the production team and third parties, when required. * Contributing to contract administration by identifying rework and alerting on issues and opportunities related to claims and contract amendments. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in management and/or coordination of road or rail infrastructure projects in recent years; * Multidisciplinary perspective; * Basic knowledge of Civil 3D and Microsoft Office suite; * BIM knowledge is desirable; * Experience working in ACC and/or PW environments; * Proficiency in English enabling basic comprehension and conversation. **Additional Information** **Benefits that Value You** At Egis, we believe great work begins with a great environment.
