




**What you’ll do:** ------------------- Support manufacturing by performing necessary approvals to ensure process compliance and by analyzing and resolving issues Conduct product and process audits; Perform the "Set-up" approval process; Develop machine approval studies using statistical techniques; Monitor critical processes using Quality tools; Conduct final audits on finished batches (Box-to-Box system); Analyze and disposition segregated parts classified as suspect products; Deliver operational training to manufacturing personnel; Knowledge and application of EBS Quality tools, such as: Perform measurements for PPAPs; Carry out technical assistance activities for customers; Participate in cross-functional teams for internal problem analysis or issues identified at customer sites; Perform scrap reduction activities on production lines and forging operations; Control the measurement instrument replacement schedule according to calibration dates; Support quality meetings with the factory; Comply with standards and procedures related to the quality management system; Implement 5S Calibration. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Mandatory:** * Completed high school education * Experience in quality or engineering within valve manufacturing * Knowledge and application of 5S, Set-up, Poka Yoke, and EBS concepts * Selection, handling, and use of universal measuring instruments: calipers, micrometers, dial indicators/feeler gauges, snap gauges, gauge blocks, height gauges, etc. * Interpretation of engineering drawings, knowledge of geometric tolerancing symbols * Knowledge and application of traceability and non-conforming material identification * Microsoft Office suite * Availability to work across different shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts). There is no fixed shift; availability for all shifts is required. **Desirable:** * Technical vocational course or SENAI course
