Join us!** **Job Responsibilities** * Mandatory experience acting as PO for data, machine learning, and AI projects. * Agile Project Management: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) and ensure adherence to agile practices. * Requirements Elicitation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document project requirements for Data, BI, and/or AI. * Product Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring the development team has a clear and organized pipeline of tasks. * Multidisciplinary Integration: Collaborate with data, engineering, data science, and BI analyst teams to ensure delivery of integrated solutions aligned with company strategy. * Communication and Alignment: Establish strong communication channels with stakeholders and other team members, ensuring alignment on project goals and progress. * Monitoring and Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular project status reports to senior leadership. * Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging feedback and refinement of agile practices. **Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a PO/Scrum Master, with focus on Data, BI, and AI projects. * Certifications: Scrum Master Certification (CSM) and/or Certified Product Owner (CSPO). Additional certifications in Data and AI are a plus. * Technical Skills: Experience with agile management tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Confluence). Experience in requirements elicitation.
