Work model: Hybrid — 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco — SP **Your Day-to-Day** As an Occupational Safety Engineer, you will work within the Occupational Health and Safety Management area and your main responsibilities will include: * Conducting technical analyses of engineering and occupational safety activities, defining techniques, methodologies, and preventive and corrective actions; * Analyzing occupational accidents to help reduce the Accident Frequency Rate (FAP) and promote continuous improvement through safety management, as well as evaluating workplace conditions for insalubrity and danger; * Preparing, reviewing, and validating inspection reports, safety procedures, work instructions, checklists, and regulatory documents—including ergonomic assessments, Risk Assessment Programs (PGR), Labor Technical Conditions Assessment Reports (LTCAT), and insalubrity and danger expert opinions; * Serving as a technical reference in Occupational Health and Safety, ensuring accurate interpretation of legislation, regulatory standards, and best practices; * Providing technical support to the Legal Department in labor, social security, and administrative proceedings, including drafting technical opinions and clarifications; * Developing projects and strategies with systemic and institutional vision to contribute to business sustainability and continuous improvement of work environments; * Conducting studies on psychosocial risk contexts within the organizational environment and proposing preventive and improvement measures; * Interfacing with leadership and business areas, acting in a consultative and strategic capacity on Occupational Health and Safety topics. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture, with specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering; * Active professional registration with CREA-SP; * Solid experience in Occupational Health and Safety, especially in corporate and administrative environments; * Experience preparing, analyzing, and validating technical and legal documents such as PGR, LTCAT, insalubrity and danger expert opinions, and ergonomic assessments; * Experience conducting technical occupational risk assessments, with an expert perspective; * Experience analyzing workplace accidents and implementing initiatives aimed at reducing the FAP; * Experience preparing reports and regulatory documents.
