Join us and become part of a team committed to **saving lives and building Brazil.** **Responsibilities and Duties** Perform building maintenance services, ensuring preservation, safety, and full functionality of institutional facilities. Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance on low\-voltage electrical networks, ensuring system integrity and efficiency, and report situations of greater complexity to the immediate supervisor. When required, perform activities related to medical gases, including cylinder inspection and replacement, daily pressure monitoring, leak detection, assessment of installation conditions, valve and piping operation, as well as rounds and inspections at compressed air, oxygen, vacuum, and clinical support centers, and receive medical gases from suppliers. Implement corrective and preventive measures to ensure system safety and full operational functionality, when necessary. Carry out repairs and maintenance on hydraulic networks, ensuring proper facility operation. Perform low\-complexity masonry, carpentry, and painting services, as well as repairs to machinery, equipment, and household appliances, engaging specialized technical assistance when required. Guide users on proper equipment use and maintenance, promoting correct handling and extending equipment service life. Respond to emergency calls, diagnosing and resolving issues, or engaging specialized technical support when necessary. Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance services performed by third parties, ensuring compliance with established standards and institutional regulations. Submit purchase requests for materials required to carry out activities, ensuring continuous and adequate sector supply. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness, correctly applying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
