Educational Training Facilitator (PJ)

Description

We are seeking a professional to lead educational training and capacity-building sessions in school units, focusing on the development of educational teams and strengthening institutional pedagogical practices. Employment model: Individual Entrepreneur (PJ) Compensation: R$ 4\.000,00 per month Key responsibilities: * Deliver in-person training sessions for school teams * Implement content and training activities according to the institutional schedule * Conduct formative meetings in a didactic, dynamic, and welcoming manner * Support the technical and behavioral development of teams * Participate in alignment meetings with the responsible coordination team * Ensure execution of trainings scheduled in the institutional calendar Expected availability: * Monthly engagement at partner school units * Delivery of training and capacity-building sessions according to the institutional schedule * Estimated average workload of approximately 68 hours per month * Flexibility for travel and scheduling adjustments as required by school units Desired qualifications: * Degree in Pedagogy or related fields * Experience in training, team development, or educational capacity-building * Strong communication and didactic skills * Proficiency in group facilitation * Organizational and planning skills * Availability for travel between school units Advantages: * Experience in early childhood education * Experience in continuous professional development for school teams * Knowledge of human and organizational development Purpose of hiring: Strategically strengthen pedagogical practices and support the continuous development of school unit teams.
