### **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are hiring a **SOCIAL WORK TECHNICIAN** to work at SAICA (Institutional Shelter Service for Children and Adolescents) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitoring the judicial processes of children and adolescents under institutional care; * Providing social work services to families; * Coordination and meetings with the network of public policies; * Participation in concentrated hearings; * Active listening, reception, and conflict mediation; * Preparation of technical documents for judicial purposes; * Accompanying individuals under care to external appointments when necessary. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Salary:** BRL 3,781.68 + Hazard pay (BRL 303.60) **Employment type:** CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws contract) **Work location:** Vila Regis (Interlagos) – South Zone ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Active CRESS registration; * Experience working with children and adolescents; interest in the social development of individuals facing significant vulnerability; and strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team; * Strong communication skills, particularly proficiency in formal writing, using terminology appropriate to the position—especially written communication, given the need to prepare documentation for the judicial processes of individuals under care; * Experience in or interest in family-focused social work; * Residence in Interlagos or the South Zone, with easy access to the area. ### **BENEFITS** **Benefits:** Transportation allowance and on-site meals ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment type:** CLT
