It also supports the review and updating of the strategic risk map, proposes and monitors actions for continuous improvement, and prepares structured reports to support decision-making and business sustainability. **About the Candidate** This person will support the identification, analysis, and monitoring of strategic risks, working collaboratively with business areas and the First Line of Defense in risk assessment and treatment. They will be responsible for supporting the review and updating of the strategic risk map, as well as proposing and monitoring actions for continuous improvement—including preparing analyses and structured reports to support decision-making. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the review and updating of internal policies and regulations related to the Risk area, ensuring alignment with market best practices and the company’s operational reality. * Support periodic reviews and continuous monitoring of the strategic risk matrix, ensuring it reflects the company’s key threats and remains aligned with changes in the internal and external environment. * Prepare risk analyses and technical inputs for risk opinions, based on the company’s risk management guidelines, supporting decision-making. * Support the development, evaluation, and monitoring of risk response plans in collaboration with the First Line of Defense. * Support the development and delivery of risk management training for other company employees. * Contribute to improving internal processes by jointly defining—with management—and implementing a risk monitoring framework. * Support the creation, monitoring, and tracking of risk indicators (KRIs). * Prepare managerial reports and executive presentations that translate risk analyses into strategic information for senior leadership. * Support internal and external audit engagements related to risk management, providing clear and structured information and evidence to audiences such as the Executive Board and Advisory Committees. * Support business continuity mapping and management—including conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and assisting areas in developing operational continuity plans. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel, presentation techniques in PowerPoint); * Experience in Risk Management; Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with ISO 31000 and COSO standards; * Experience with Risk Management systems; * Knowledge of Business Continuity Management; * Knowledge of Project Management.
