




Job Summary: The Copywriter will create concepts, develop copy, and craft narratives for campaigns and communication assets, working integrally to align messages with the brand and strategic objectives. The **Copywriter** will be responsible for creating concepts, developing copy, and crafting narratives for campaigns and communication assets across various formats. They will work integrally with art directors, planners, designers, and other teams to ensure messages align with brand positioning, target audience, and strategic goals. Deliver creative solutions autonomously, with technical rigor and strategic thinking. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create and develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns, promotional initiatives, digital and institutional content. * Write copy for 360° assets: ads, films, spots, scripts, social media, landing pages, banners, presentations, OOH, and brand materials. * Propose narratives and textual solutions that connect creativity, clarity, and purpose. * Adapt language according to audience, channel, objective, and visual composition. * Craft copy, scripts, and calls-to-action focused on impact and strategic coherence. * Develop content strategies for campaigns, digital series, brand storytelling, and tone of voice. * Review and edit copy to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and alignment with the brand book. * Collaborate closely with Art Directors (or Designers) to co-create integrated solutions. * Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and supporting the development of creative pathways. * Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified vision of deliverables. * Interpret briefs with strategic thinking, proposing robust and well-founded approaches. * Organize requests, deadlines, and priorities, maintaining a clear and well-documented workflow. * Monitor content production stages, recordings, filming, voiceovers, and post-production when necessary. * Ensure tone of voice, narrative, and language align with brand positioning. * Act as a textual guardian, ensuring consistency across different assets, campaigns, and channels. * Propose continuous improvements to strengthen verbal identity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, Languages, Marketing, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Copywriter or Creative Copywriter in agencies, content studios, or marketing departments. * Microsoft Office: basic to intermediate proficiency. * Excellence in creative writing, storytelling, and language adaptation. * Mastery of call-to-action construction, scriptwriting, and digital content creation. * Knowledge of textual approaches for different asset types. * Knowledge of SEO and writing for digital environments is a plus. * Strong ability to interpret data, insights, and strategies to transform them into ideas and copy. * Familiarity with collaboration tools (Google Workspace, project management platforms, presentation software). * **Reside in São Paulo/SP and be available for hybrid work.** **Additional Information** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * Transportation Voucher; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub and TotalPass; * Birthday Day Off; * Development, health, and wellness programs.
