Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating activities, performing measurements, fabricating and assembling wooden and metal formwork, ensuring safety, and collaborating with the team during construction execution. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate activities with the Site Supervisor or Responsible Engineer 2. Fabricate wooden formwork and construct scaffolding 3. Ensure personal and team safety * Coordinate activities with the Site Supervisor or Responsible Engineer. Perform measurements and calculate required material dimensions and quantities, demonstrating initiative in the role; Participate in and support various team activities. Maintain good relationships with colleagues through respectful treatment and proper conduct. Ensure personal and team member safety during construction execution. Comply with internal company regulations. Adhere to and implement national and site-specific safety standards. Fabricate wooden formwork; construct scaffolding, analyze scaffold function and height, secure scaffolding to the structure, dismantle scaffolding, completing the task thoroughly; Cut components for formwork and other tasks, fix slab panels onto shoring, beams, and columns; Develop wood component cutting plans; Install bracing for shores, specify materials and equipment, assemble wooden-panel formwork on-site; Monitor concrete pouring, repairing formwork as necessary, marking plumb lines; fasten formwork panels using nails (fixing), sorting components and panels according to formwork assembly drawings; Distribute slab panels over shoring, shore tunnel and trench walls, assemble metal formwork on-site, remove nails and debris from wooden formwork; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: Starting from R$2.758,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of metal, climbing, sliding, or wooden formwork? * Do you have experience in heavy construction?
