




Job Summary: This role involves administrative support, including checklist tasks, HR assistance, report preparation, file organization, timekeeping, document verification, and material management. Material and inventory management **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Assist with contractor checklist tasks and HR-related activities for company employees; Assist in performing administrative tasks for construction site offices, preparing reports and spreadsheets; File organization; Timekeeping and headcount tracking; Verification of contractor documentation (GFIP, pay slips, time cards, and other labor-related documents); Archiving documentation on the digital platform (SOC GED); Entering invoices into the RM system; Receiving materials against invoices; Storing products in inventory; Requesting materials as required by the construction project **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM / Lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM **EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:** Completed high school Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.400,00 - R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
