We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to support our expansion in the private sector. The primary objective will be prospecting new clients and consolidating our brand in the market for **industrial construction projects and logistics warehouses**. The ideal candidate must comfortably bridge technical expertise (Engineering) and executive negotiation. **Key Responsibilities** * Identify opportunities in industrial clusters, real estate investment funds, logistics condominiums, and expanding companies. * Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract closure. * Maintain relationships with architects, designers, and real estate consulting firms (which frequently refer construction projects). * Collaborate closely with the budgeting department to ensure proposals meet client needs and the contractor's margin requirements. * Develop and present commercial proposals highlighting our competitive advantages (timeline, construction technology, and safety). **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Experience:** Commercial experience in the Civil Construction sector (preferably in the industrial/private segment). * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration (with technical experience). * **Skills:** Consultative negotiation, excellent communication, and strategic market vision. * **Preferred Qualification:** An active professional network in the industrial or logistics sector.
