Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Serve as Delivery Manager for strategic and cross-functional initiatives — from planning through value delivery — connecting all involved departments and stakeholders; * Develop and lead execution plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk assessments for initiatives; * Orchestrate collaboration among Product, Engineering, Business, Operations, and corporate departments, ensuring alignment and fluidity; * Actively remove organizational impediments and systemic bottlenecks; * Ensure executive visibility into initiative progress, with clear, concise, and decision-oriented communication; * Lead executive forums and strategic committees presenting status updates, risk analyses, scenarios, and recommendations; * Align initiative execution with company OKRs and strategic priorities; * Partner with teams while respecting existing agile frameworks; * Ensure disciplined use of management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, dashboards), focusing on predictability and value. 2512250202491935311
